Victorien experimented with and taught various “yang” styles of yoga before focusing almost exclusively on Yin Yoga. His training with Sarah Powers allowed him to recognize the importance of our unique physical and emotional states in a holistic practice.
His approach to the practice took an even more decisive and personal turn after encountering hypnosis. He places an emphasis on creating a soothing, nourishing, and safe atmosphere in his classes, using his voice and carefully chosen words to allow his students to more easily and comfortably slip into a state of deep presence and listening.
Victorien is convinced that by reconnecting with our inner life, we can begin to live with more spontaneity, tact, creativity, and ultimately, freedom.
