Nina discovers yoga by practicing Iyengar with Alex Onfroy, which immediately transforms her life. She then practices Ashtanga with Joffrey Hubert before trying Jivamukti with Carol Issa, Clémence Leguiller, and Laure Pépin and realizes that this is the practice that combines all her passions: speech through Dharma talk, music through mantra chanting and harmonium, the “Magic touch,” a dynamic yoga practice, the study of ancient texts, and meditation. She then decides to undergo a 300-hour Jivamukti training in Costa Rica in June 2018 with Emma Henry and Camillia Veen as facilitators, and Olga Oskorbina and Juan Sierra as mentors. She starts teaching in Paris immediately after, covering for Carol Issa. She later completes the final 800-hour Jivamukti training with Conor Byrnes as her mentor to become an “advanced certified Jivamukti teacher”!
In parallel, Nina works as a singer, actress, and director. She also continues her dramatic arts studies, leading her to live in Brussels for a year and a half, where she completes her Master’s degree while continuing to teach. She returns to Paris in March 2020, just in time for the opening of Jivamukti Yoga Paris!
