Jivamukti Yoga
Jivamukti is a physical, ethical, and spiritual practice, combining a vigorous yoga as a vinyasa-based physical style with adherence to five central tenets: shastra (scripture), bhakti (devotion), ahimsā (nonviolence, non-harming), nāda (music), and dhyana (meditation).

Ashtanga Yoga
The foundation for all Vinyasa yoga, Ashtanga connects postures, or asanas, into an energizing set flow that keeps your body moving, breathing, and active through each posture.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced approach practice where poses are held for a longer period of time in a relaxed manner, up to 5 minutes or more. ... On the physical level Yin Yoga targets bones, joints and connective tissues.

Iyengar Yoga
Developed by B.K.S. Iyengar, Iyengar is a type of Hatha yoga where the focus in on deep inner alignment as well as the union of body, mind, and soul.
