OPEN CLASS (60 – 75 – 95 -120 min) Open classes include 14 points – Asana, Meditation, and Spiritual Teachings – in a sequence creatively designed by each JY Certified teacher. For ALL Levels
BASICS (95 min) This class emphasizes alignment, and fundamental elements of the asana practice, includes a 4 week program that invites students to revisit or to begin their
SPIRITUAL WARRIOR (60 min) Designed for a busy schedule, and those that only have an hour to practice a Jivamukti set sequence. A wonderful sequence carefully designed that includes all the elements of a Jivamukti class in a precisely one hour shot.
BEGINNER VINYASA (95 min) Basic parts of how the focus on breath, movement, & intention makes up a Flowing Vinyasa.
IN-CLASS PRIVATE (ICP) During a regular group class, one of our trained 800 hr teachers individually assists your practice to refine and add depth to your class.
