I have never done Yoga. Can I go to all classes?

We offer a 4-week Basics programme for new practitioners which is available on Monday evenings and Saturday mornings in english, and every Sunday afternoon in french. You can take these classes in any order and when you feel more confident you can graduate to the medium classes that are taught in both english and french throughout the week. We welcome all abilities to every class and classes are generally friendly for all-levels, unless described as intermerdiate/advanced, however, Jivamukti Yoga is dynamic and classes are often 75 or 95 minutes long, so it’s highly recommended to familiarise yourself with the Basics first. For more information, you can email us or ask at the front desk for advice on which classes are suitable for you.
